About Us

Our Mission

Heart of Care Providers is dedicated to bridging the gap in healthcare access for underserved communities and remote villages across Africa. Our mission is to provide preventative and sustainable primary care solutions through compassionate medical services and health education. We empower individuals and communities to take charge of their health, fostering resilience and lasting well-being through accessible, culturally respectful healthcare and preventative education. Together, we are building a foundation for healthier futures, one community at a time

Vision Statement

Our vision is to create a future where underserved communities have the knowledge, resources, and access to quality healthcare necessary to prevent and manage chronic diseases. We aspire to bridge healthcare gaps by providing sustainable, community-driven solutions that prioritize education, early intervention, and accessible primary care.

Through medical clinics, community awareness programs, and preventative health education, we aim to empower individuals to make informed health decisions, reduce preventable illnesses, and foster self-sufficient communities. By collaborating with local and global partners, we seek to establish long-term healthcare infrastructure that ensures lasting impact, ultimately transforming lives and shaping a healthier, more equitable world

Health Challenges

Millions across West Africa face severe healthcare disparities—not just due to lack of hospitals or clinics, but also because of deep-rooted misinformation, cultural taboos, and missing health education. Many suffer from preventable diseases simply because they never had access to the right information or medical resources.

  • Over 1 million children under 5 die annually from preventable and treatable diseases like malaria, pneumonia, and diarrhea.
  • 1 in 3 people lack access to basic healthcare services.
  • Non-communicable diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease) are rising due to lack of screening, education, preventative care and proper management.
  • Maternal mortality in West Africa remains among the highest in the world—many women die giving birth to life.
  • Cervical cancer, one of the most preventable cancers, still claims thousands of lives due to low HPV vaccination rates and limited screening.

Beyond these numbers are real people—families losing loved ones to illnesses that could have been prevented.

This is why health education and access to care are not just important—they are urgent. We must break the cycle of misinformation, eliminate taboos, and bring life-saving medical care to those who need it most.

The time to act is now. Lives depend on it. 💙✨
